All of our orders are processed with shipping through and Estafeta. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on demand or if you are in an extended area. 

Our shipping cost is $110MXN and we have free shipping starting at $1500 MXN. If you are ordering outside of Mexico, please check the costs.

Returns & Exchanges 

Our warranty applies up to 4 months after you make your purchase. To make it valid, it's necessary to contact us to provide you with the necessary help.

Care to keep your jewelry beautiful

Here are some recommendations to keep your jewels in good condition:

- Clean your accessories after they have been used, it can be wiped with a microfiber cloth. - Avoid wetting your accessories, washing your hands, or bathing

- Avoid sleeping with them - Do not apply chemicals on accessories (cream, perfume, seawater, swimming pools, etc.). Try to put on the products before you put on your accessories.

- It is important for you to know that gold plating is a more delicate material and depends a lot on the person's PH, if your PH is higher, it can cause your accessories to be stained easier 

- Stainless steel is a stronger material, so it makes your accessories more durable and won't fade easily.

IMPORTANT!

Nothing will happen to your jewelry if it is partially exposed to chemicals (alcohol, chlorine or perfume.), but avoiding exposing your jewelry will help extend the life of your pieces.
